Carrot and Cream Cheese

This rich cake is perfect for chilly days when the weather is gloomy, and all you want to do is to stay on the couch with a good cup of tea and a slice of comfort.
The cream cheese filling and the frosting is light and with a hint of citrus.

Servings
All our cakes are 20cm wide (8’’) and ideal for serving 15-18 people.
